1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the idk77 platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the idk77 platform and close your account. Your continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of idk77 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. idk77 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and will suspend any account found to belong to a person under this threshold.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in Clause 1. The Operator reserves the right to update the list of Prohibited Jurisdictions at any time.
• Not a Registered Problem Gambler: You must not be registered under any self-exclusion scheme or identified as a problem gambler by any gambling operator or regulatory body.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on idk77. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on idk77, you must register a Player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile telephone number, and preferred payment method.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. idk77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

• All information provided at registration must be truthful and must match your official identification documents.
• idk77 reserves the right to request updated personal information at any time and to suspend accounts where information cannot be verified.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

idk77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) program in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. The Operator may also request KYC documentation at any point during the account lifecycle.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

6 Deposits

idk77 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your account in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. idk77 does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension, return of funds to the source account, and mandatory re-verification.

• idk77 is not responsible for delays caused by banking system downtime, scheduled maintenance windows, or Indonesian national holidays affecting interbank settlement (e.g., Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August).

7 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available real-money balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount for verified accounts, though the Operator reserves the right to process large withdrawals in tranches.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on idk77 unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The standard wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Wagering contributions vary by game category. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live table games and togel contribute at a reduced rate as specified on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not claimed within the stated validity window, and wagering requirements not met within the stated period, will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on idk77 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or market. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules prior to placing bets. General betting rules applicable across all products on idk77 are as follows:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the idk77 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets pending confirmation are not valid.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the idk77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of the Operator or is licensed to the Operator by its respective rights holders (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the idk77 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 13 Limitation of Liability

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

14 Termination

A Player may close their idk77 account at any time by submitting a written closure request to the customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

idk77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Abuse of bonuses or other promotional offers.
• A Player's account being identified as belonging to a minor (under 21 years of age).
• A Player's request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming program.

Upon account closure or suspension initiated by the Operator for cause, idk77 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the confirmed real-money balance will be returned. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the idk77 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its international gaming license. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or mediation.

16 Amendments

When material changes are made, idk77 will provide advance notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent on-platform notification, with a minimum notice period of 7 days before the revised terms take effect.

Your continued use of the idk77 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the change.
